In Flight
As we checked into O´Hare, I marveled at the fact that all that luggage actually gets where it needs to be. Thanks to the all the adults along with the tour and the older boys, we managed to get all the suitcases, wardrobe trunks and instruments loaded in a reasonable amount of time. The only glitch was having to change gates right before we took off. Of course, our flight was overbooked and they offered flight miles to stay overnight and fly the next day. There were several chaperones considering this option (kidding!) and some older boys envisioning a night in Chicago, but we all loaded onto the plane with our nintendos, iPods, CD players and for Mr. Ross-earplugs. We left the ground at 10 PM Chicago time (12 MN Brazilian) on the next leg of our adventure.
